Reina: But I was asking to go to the toilet, you know.

Sayu: Well, we didn’t really wanna think about thaaat~

Like, ahh, Reina also uses the bathroom.

Reina: I DON’T!!! *turns to audience* I do not.
I’ve never gone to the bathroom before.

Audience: Ehhhhhh~

Reina: I’ve never gone. Cuz y’know, pink marshmallows come out~

Sayu: Iikubo, what do you have to say about that?

Iikubo: I’ll eat it, certainly!

Reina: I got a text from Iikubo one time. It read “I ate marshmallows, pink ones!”
During MCs before, I’ve said things like “I don’t use the bathroom, pink marshmallows come out, etc.”

And so I got a text from her, with a picture attached. And in it, half of the marshmallow was covered in chocolate!!!

Sayu: Ewwwwww!!! gross~

Reina: So I asked her why she sent that to me.

And she said, “Well, when I saw pink marshmallows, I thought of you, Tanaka-san.”

Sayu: So wait, that means she was thinking about you when she ate it, right?

Reina: I think so.

Sayu: GROSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!

— How do you describe the mood in the current Morning Musume?

Tanaka: We’re all in good mood.

Michishige: I think It’s quite different from the time we two of the 6th gen joined in, especially in relationship between Senpais and Kouhais. The new members are younger than me and Reina by 10 years, and I suppose it’d be the same situation as Iida-san experienced with us. But today we haven’t felt that much gap really.

Tanaka: Sato behaves just like our classmate without having any hesitation.

Michishige: Sato behaves as if she’s of the 6th gen, and she loves Reina so much.

Tanaka: Sato is a kind of friend to me. I’m shorter than Sato, but I often wear heels and I can be taller than her. Then Sato said “I like you this tall, looks like a big sis! I don’t like you being shorter than I!”

Michishige: Seeing Reina doing that way was quite new to me. Sato has brought a new aspect in Reina.

Tanaka: You mean I was like “There, there. C’mon good girl”, right? I don’t want to brag, but I think I’m better at caring children than Sayu. I think I might have potential to be a good big sis.

Michishige: Probably it’s completely against your public image. People would think Sayumi is more fond of children, it’s right indeed, but I actually don’t know how to treat them. Reina looks cool and seems to dislike kids, and I suppose even fans would think the same way. But she’s really friendly in fact. She’s straight forward to say anything what she wants, and also praise younger member’s efforts. That makes them happy.
